Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for address corrections or reshipments.
