Refund policy
Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase has been completed.
Paperback Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for paperback books. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
To initiate a return, please contact us at kimberlylothteam@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please provide any supporting images.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
