Special Edition Box Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Special Edition Box Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Sugar Creek Press LLC, [mailing address], Powell, Missouri ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins October 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the "Entry Period").

4. How to Enter

There are three free ways to enter. Each earns one entry, for a maximum of three entries per person:

1. Newsletter: Subscribe to the Kimberly Loth email newsletter at [newsletter signup link].
2. Text messages: Join the Kimberly Loth SMS list at [SMS signup link]. Message and data rates may apply. Joining the SMS list is never required to enter; the newsletter and Patreon options are always available.
3. Patreon: Join Kimberly Loth's Patreon at [Patreon link] at any tier, including the free membership. Paid tiers receive the same single entry as the free tier.

People already subscribed to the newsletter or SMS list, or already members of the Patreon, at any point during the Entry Period are automatically entered for that list. To be eligible for the drawing, an entrant must still be subscribed to or a member of that list at the end of the Entry Period.

5. Entry Limits

Maximum of one entry per list, and three entries per person total. Subscribing to the same list with multiple email addresses or phone numbers will not earn additional entries; Sponsor may match entries by name, email, and phone number and remove duplicates. Entries made by automated means, or by anyone attempting to exceed these limits, will be disqualified.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Special Edition Box, approximate retail value (ARV) $120. The prize ships to a U.S. address only. No cash or prize substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute items of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable. The prize is not transferable. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

7. Drawing and Odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email and/or text message within 48 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification and provide a U.S. shipping address. If the winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner's first name, last initial, and state on its newsletter, website, Patreon, and social media without further compensation.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or notifications; technical failures of email, SMS, Patreon, or other services; or prizes lost or damaged in shipping. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or other factors impair its integrity.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and to send the newsletter, text messages, or Patreon updates the entrant signed up for. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing before the end of the Entry Period removes that list's entry. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

12. Not Affiliated

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Patreon, Meta (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok, Klaviyo, or any other platform. Entrants release those platforms from any liability.

13. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

14. Winner's Name
